Beyond his film career, Dharmendra built multiple business interests. His estimated net worth ranges from ₹335 crore to ₹450 crore, while the Deol family’s combined wealth is believed to exceed ₹1,000 crore.

He invested in real estate and hospitality, including two restaurants themed around his film persona—Garam Dharam Dhaba and He-Man, located on the Karnal Highway. Both establishments attract visitors who seek memorabilia and décor inspired by his movies.

Dharmendra Singh Deol divided his time between his Mumbai residence and a 100-acre farmhouse in Lonavala. The property includes gardens, a swimming pool and an aqua-therapy area, reflecting his interest in wellness and nature. He also owned land in Maharashtra valued at more than ₹17 crore.
