According to reports, the process began at 9:30 AM, with trainees being called in batches of 50. They were instructed to bring their laptops and were led into a room where security personnel were stationed outside while bouncers were placed inside. A trainee revealed that extra precautions were taken to keep the mass dismissals discreet, particularly as senior employees and international clients were present at the facility that day.
To maintain secrecy, buses were strategically positioned to obstruct the view of those being called in for termination. One trainee recounted how they were let go individually and escorted out to avoid drawing attention.
