A postgraduate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata, he has held key roles at prominent companies including Hindustan Unilever, Reebok, Ola, and private equity firm WestBridge Capital. His professional journey reflects a deep understanding of both traditional and digital business landscapes, an asset for a company like Meta as it continues to expand its footprint in India’s evolving tech ecosystem.

Track Record and Future Vision

Before his elevation to the top India role, Arun Srinivas served as Director and Head of Meta’s Ads Business in India, a position he has held since joining the company in 2020. During his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in scaling Meta’s advertising business, working closely with major advertisers and agencies across the country. His efforts have been particularly focused on revenue-driving segments such as artificial intelligence, short-form video content through Reels, and business messaging services.
